Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose the shirt you want, select the size and color, then click Add to Cart. Review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible at frontpatchkidsco@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount code may be used per order unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Please use the size chart provided on each product page. For the best fit, compare those measurements with a shirt your child already owns and wears comfortably.

Do your shirts run true to size?

Fit may vary slightly by product and brand, so the size chart on the product page should always be used as the primary guide.

Can I exchange a shirt if I ordered the wrong size?

Because each shirt is made specifically for your order, we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Products and Designs

Where are the designs placed?

Our artwork is printed on the front of the shirt. Placement and design size may vary slightly depending on the shirt style and size.

Are your designs original?

Front Patch Kids Co. focuses on original, kid-friendly artwork inspired by dinosaurs, sharks, ocean animals, construction equipment, cars, woodland creatures, space, and other interests children love.

Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, shirt color, fabric, and the printing process. Small differences are normal and are not considered defects.

Are the shirts made ahead of time?

No. Our products are made to order after your purchase is completed.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order requires both production time and shipping time. Estimated delivery dates are shown during checkout when available.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, and seasonal order volume.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking may take a short time to update after a shipping label is created. If it has not changed for several days, contact us and we will review the order.

What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately. We may be able to correct the address if the order has not entered production or shipped. Once an order is in transit, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability and pricing are shown during checkout based on the destination. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

What if my shirt arrives damaged or misprinted?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at frontpatchkidsco@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the damage or printing issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Do I need to return a defective item?

In most cases, you will not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item you received.

Shirt Care

How should I wash my shirt?

For best results:

  • Wash inside out
  • Use cold water
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not use bleach
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly over the printed design
  • Do not dry clean

Following these steps can help preserve the shirt and artwork.

Payments and Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include major credit cards and other payment services supported by Shopify.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system. Front Patch Kids Co. does not directly store your full payment card details.
