Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose the product, color, and size you want, then select Add to Cart. When you are ready, open your cart and follow the checkout instructions.
Please review your shipping address, size, color, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Our products are prepared for production shortly after an order is placed. Because of this, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will do our best to help if production has not already started.
Sizing
How do I choose the correct size?
Please review the size chart shown on the product page before ordering.
We recommend comparing the measurements in the size chart with a shirt your child already owns and likes.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders require time for both production and delivery.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or on the product page. These estimates may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and seasonal order volume.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking details may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
First, review the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation.
Carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside our control. If tracking has not updated for several days or your order appears lost, contact us so we can review the situation.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately.
We may be able to update the address if production or shipping has not started. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Customers are responsible for confirming that their shipping information is accurate during checkout.
Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item:

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless specifically requested.
Product Information
Will the printed colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, the shirt color, the fabric, and the printing process.
Minor color differences are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Are the designs original?
Front Patch Kids Co. focuses on original, kid-friendly artwork inspired by dinosaurs, ocean animals, construction equipment, cars, woodland creatures, space, adventure, and other interests kids love.
How should I wash the shirts?
For best results:

Discounts and Promotions
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code may be used per order unless the promotion specifically says otherwise.
Discounts cannot normally be applied after an order has already been submitted.
