All of our apparel is made to order through our trusted print partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
2. Orders
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Shipping information
- Product selections
- Size and color choices
We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
4. Shipping
Production times and shipping estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to seasonal demand, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, branding, website content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are the property of Front Patch Kids Co. or are used with appropriate permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
7. Product Use
Our products are intended for normal everyday wear. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, alterations, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Always follow the care instructions provided with your garment to help preserve print quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Patch Kids Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to process orders, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
