Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Front Patch Kids Co. Every item we sell is made especially for you after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste while creating high-quality products you’ll love.

Order Processing

  • All orders are made to order.
  • Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Front Patch Kids Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment. Additional charges may apply if the package must be reprinted or reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if the package or product arrived damaged)

We’ll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
