1. About Our Products
All of our apparel is made to order. Each item is printed specifically for your order, which means slight variations in color, print placement, or garment sizing may occur. These minor differences are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your shipping address, billing information, product selection, size, and color.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
4. Shipping
Because every item is custom-made, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom printed specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Incorrect color selected
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, graphics, product designs, artwork, photographs, text, branding, and other creative materials—is the property of Front Patch Kids Co. or is used with appropriate permission.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
7. Product Care
To help preserve the quality of your apparel, please follow the care instructions provided with each garment.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, misuse, alterations, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Patch Kids Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.
