Returns & Refunds

At Front Patch Kids Co., every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Please review all sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or has a printing error, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Items do not need to be returned for verified manufacturing defects.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer ordering mistakes, including incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping addresses entered at checkout.
